Winter Spiced Carrot Smoothie
Ingredients
- Ingredients 1 cup peeled and cut carrots 1/2 cup soy milk 1 tsp of cinnamon 1 pinch of nutmeg 1 large banana 1 tbsp of Pulsin pea protein powder 1/4 tsp of ground vanilla
Preparation
- Method Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Depending on your blender, you might need to mix a little longer than usual for the carrots to be fully chopped up.
