Peach and Blackberry Overnight Oatmeal with Chia Seeds

200g porridge (rolled) oats [US 1 cup]
500ml oat milk [US 2 cups]
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 peaches
1 handful blackberries
1-2 tsp vanilla sugar (or sugar + vanilla seeds) to taste
Handful of almonds
Few mint leaves (optional)
Preparation

Pour milk, oats and chia seeds in a tupperware. Shake well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
When ready to use, mix the oats and chia seeds so that all liquid is absorbed.
Sweeten to taste with vanilla sugar.
Share evenly between two bowls.
Top with fruits and almonds. Sprinkle mint leaves if desired.
