Ingredients

  • Ingredients 3 dessert spoons of olive oil 140ml water 2 cloves garlic (optional) 2 pinches ground cumin 20g tahini 30g pea protein 2 pinches salt to taste To garnish (optional): Olive oil Smoked paprika

Preparation

  • Method Add ingredients in order to small bowl. Mix until creamy, then chill. To garnish, drizzle over some olive oil and sprinkle on some smoked paprika before serving.
