Tomatillo Salsa
Ingredients
- Ingredients 400g Tomatillos 1 Small red onion 1 Lime 1tsp Soft brown sugar Bunch of coriander
Preparation
- Preparation Makes 1 medium sized jar. Method Soak the tomatillos in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes to remove the sticky layer from them. Finely dice the onion and place into a small bowl. Put the lime zest, juice and sugar into the bowl with the onions. This will soften them. Put the washed tomatillos into a food processer and pulse until roughly chopped. Roughly chop the coriander, then put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
