Vegan Fish & Chips

Ingredients

  • Ingredients Banana blossoms Flour mixture: Plain flour Salt Dill   Batter: 1 cup of all-purpose flour 1/2 cup of Mighty Pea M.lk (or your favourite plant milk) 1/2 cup of water 1/4 cup of baking powder 1 teaspoon of salt 

Preparation

  • Method Rinse and drain the banana blossoms before preparing your flour mixture and batter. To prepare your batter, simply whisk together the flour, m.lk, water, baking powder and salt in a bowl until smooth. Coat the banana blossoms in flour mixture and then dip the banana blossoms in the batter. Fry until golden, removing any excess oil on a kitchen towel.
