Purple Fruit Boost Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Ingredients 4 tbsp Provamel Natural soya alternative to yoghurt free from sugars (or similar) Freshly squeezed juice of 3 to 4 oranges 2 handfuls of fresh blueberries 2 fresh figs 1 tbsp of seeds: chia seeds & poppy seeds (or whichever seeds you’re in the mood for or have at hand, we’re not picky!)
