Chocolate Date Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 TBS Raw Cacao powder
  • 2 cups Dates (Pitted)
  • 2 TBS Almond Butter
  • 1 TBS Almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 tsp Spirulina
  • 2 tsp Wheatgrass powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Agave
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Almonds, Cashews, Pecans or Walnuts (or combination)
  • ½ cup Shredded Coconut
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt

Directions

Combine nuts and dates in a food processor and blend until well mixed.

Add the cacao powder, almond milk, almond butter, agave, spirulina, wheatgrass and sea salt to the food processor. Process until the mixture becomes homogenous and dough-like.

Spoon mixture into bite-sized balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate or freeze before serving.
